How does Odin’s Crow approach valuation?
We value companies based on a multiple of net income. We look at historical profitability and the risk associated around achieving results in the future.
What geographic regions do you focus in?
We prefer companies located in Ontario and Quebec, but we’ll do a deal anywhere in North America if the opportunity is compelling.
What kind of referral partners are typically the best fit?
We’ve had our best success with investment advisors, current and retired bankers, lawyers, and other finance professionals.
What if I don’t want or can't accept a Model 3?
We understand the issues that some professionals have in accepting referral fees. We are happy to discuss making a charitable donation in place of the referral fee in these situations.
